GERALD FRANCIS MORSE It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our husband, father, and grandfather, Gerald Francis, on Tuesday, January 11, 2000 at the age of 78 after a brief illness. Gerry is survived by his loving wife Pauline, and daughter Jerri (Dick) Noordman; grandchildren, Pam and Andy of Saskatoon; and numerous relatives and friends who gave Mom and Dad their loving support throughout the years. He was predeceased by his parents; brother Ron, and sister-in-law Winnie. Gerry was born in Swansey, Wales and spent most of his working career as Advertising Manager with Macleod Stores in Winnipeg, retiring in 1983. After retirement, Gerry enjoyed carving statues and painting, winning several prestigious awards. Gerry will always be remembered for his great sense of humour, and devotion to his wife of 51 years. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 15, at 11:00 a.m. at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Charleswood. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in Gerrys memory can be made to Deer Lodge Hospital, Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, or a charity of your choice.
